Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is received. If 30 days have passed by since your order has been received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to get in touch with us via email: contact@ggveyewear.com

We will then ask you to send the frames to the following address:

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or our registered store/business address.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you with a refund.

Refunds typically take between 2-5 working days to show on your statement.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange your order, send us an email at contact@ggveyewear.com and we will reply with the necessary steps.

PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping/postage service as evidence for your returned orders whereabouts.
