Do I have to create an account to make an order from you?
No, you don't have to create an account with us to make an order, however we encourage that you do so if you wish to be informed of the latest offers and discounts.
Where do I get my prescription fitted once I receive my frames?
Once you receive your frames, we encourage you to visit your local optician where they can fit your prescription lenses into your brand new frames.
How do I know which size to choose?
Your current frames should provide you with measurements on one of the inside arms, interior nose bridge or bottom rim of the frame. We've pinned a size guide to help, here.
What lens material do your frames come installed with?
The frames which we sell are brand new, fitted with original plastic demo lenses intended to be replaced with the consumers prescription. Often they are printed with the brand logo, for example (Boss, Ray Ban, Dior, etc).
Will my frames come with original packaging and papers?
This depends on the item that you've purchased or wish to purchase. Please read the item description to see whether the product will come with a branded case, if not we will supply you with an unbranded case and a plain cleaning cloth.

I don't like the frames I purchased, I want to return them.
If you've purchased an item which your not happy with, then simply get in touch via phone/email and we'll provide you with the necessary details. Please do not send them to our registered address.
How much does domestic postage cost?
We charge £4.50 GBP for all domestic postage. If you wish to receive your item the next day, you can choose to pay for Special Delivery on checkout, this costs £7.50.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our frames worldwide. Typically shipping takes between 10-12 working days from the date your parcel has been sent. The cost for international shipping is £12.00 GBP.
What form of payment do you accept?
We provide our customers with the choice of paying direct through our online store, using the secure Shopify Stripe service, which accepts all forms of major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to pay via Paypal then we also accept this as a payment method.
How can I be sure that this transaction is secure and my personal details will be safe?
We take our customers safety and security seriously and use a secure server which does not store or save your personal/private information once the transaction has been completed.
